Purple Orchid in Crochet!

My old-home was once surrounded by these lovely orchids. At one point it was more than 60 different types of orchids around. Unlike other plants and flowers, orchid is definitely different in terms of flowers and leaves. It gives me the feeling of 'being different' and 'being outstanding'. Not many people would like orchid as is seems like a lonely plant with less leaves and flowers than others. Orchid is a plant full with her own character and style which i truly admire!

As usual i prefer flower with strong colors, where i have chosen to use dark purple combined with yellow and white as the middle. It makes the perfect contrast that i wanted.

This will make the best table centerpiece and a good conversation piece too. As usual, all my patterns are available in my Etsy and Ravelry stores!

Hope you will like it!

Continue crocheting everyone and enjoy the weekend!
